Most inspections take 2 – 4 hours depending on the size and condition of the property.

We provide same-day reports, usually within hours of completing the inspection.
Yes, you’re welcome to attend.
Yes, you’re welcome to attend at the end of the inspection. This allows us to complete our work thoroughly, then review the findings with you in person. If you can’t be there, we’ll walk you through the results by phone. Your detailed report, with photos, ensures you have everything you need.
Do you inspect both houses and units?
Yes. We carry out inspections on completed new homes, existing homes, and units/townhouses.
Are you independent?
Yes. We work for you, the client. Even if you were referred, you can trust that our inspection and report are 100% independent.
What does the inspection include?
Building perimeter, external and internal structure, roof, subfloor (where accessible), and overall site. For combined inspections, we also check for pests and risk conditions.
Why do I need an inspection on a brand-new home?
Even new homes can have hidden issues. A professional inspection identifies workmanship or safety concerns before handover.
Where do you operate?
We are based in Adelaide and primarily service the Southern Suburbs.
How do I book and pay?
Bookings can be made through our website. Payment is made at the time of booking.
Can you do urgent inspections?
Yes, in many cases we can. If you need an urgent inspection and no bookings appear available online, please call us directly. We’ll do our best to fit you in around existing appointments. Reports are still delivered the same day, with photos and clear explanations, so you have the information you need before making decisions.
